By accessing or using PS Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

PS Hub is an AI-powered marketplace that connects event organizers with service suppliers. Our platform facilitates the discovery, communication, and booking of event services including but not limited to catering, photography, entertainment, and venue services.

Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

• Event Organizers: Users who post projects and seek service suppliers for their events.
• Service Suppliers: Users who offer event-related services and respond to project opportunities.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Circumvent the Platform to conduct transactions directly with other users to avoid fees

All financial transactions between organizers and suppliers are subject to our Payment Policy. PS Hub may charge service fees for certain transactions as disclosed on the Platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By posting content, you grant PS Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Platform Content

All Platform content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PS Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• PS Hub acts as a platform connecting organizers and suppliers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PS Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions between users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PS Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

For disputes between users, please refer to our Dispute Resolution Policy. For disputes with PS Hub, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PS Hub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
