Overview

PS Hub facilitates secure payments between event organizers and service suppliers. This policy outlines how payments are processed, fees involved, and payout schedules.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers
  • Digital wallets (where available)

For Event Organizers

How Payments Work

  1. Proposal Acceptance: When you accept a proposal, you may be required to make a deposit or full payment depending on the supplier's terms.
  2. Secure Holding: Payments are securely held by PS Hub until the service is delivered and confirmed.
  3. Release: Once you confirm satisfactory delivery, payment is released to the supplier.

Platform Fees

Organizers are not charged any platform fees. The price you see in proposals is the price you pay.

Payment Protection

All payments are protected by our escrow system. If a service is not delivered as agreed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund through our dispute resolution process.

For Service Suppliers

Receiving Payments

  1. Complete your profile: Set up your payout method in your account settings.
  2. Deliver services: Complete the agreed-upon services as described in your proposal.
  3. Confirmation: Once the organizer confirms delivery, payment is initiated.

Platform Fees

PS Hub charges a service fee on completed transactions:

  • Standard Fee: 10% of the transaction value
  • Pro Subscribers: Reduced fee of 7%
  • Enterprise: Custom fee structures available

Payout Schedule

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after confirmation
  • Bank transfers: Additional 1-3 business days
  • Minimum payout: $50 (or equivalent)

Invoice and Tax Documentation

Suppliers receive detailed invoices for all transactions. You are responsible for reporting your earnings according to your local tax laws.

Currency

All transactions on PS Hub are processed in USD. Currency conversion rates and fees may apply for international transactions based on your bank or payment provider.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect all payment information. PS Hub is PCI-DSS compliant and never stores complete card details on our servers.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and the cancellation policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
