Cancellation Policy

PS Hub is committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation process for both event organizers and service suppliers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling projects, proposals, and bookings on our platform.

Project Cancellation

• Draft Projects: Can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
• Published Projects: Can be cancelled before accepting any proposals. All pending proposals will be automatically declined.
• In Progress Projects: May be subject to cancellation fees depending on the stage of work and agreements with suppliers.

Proposal Withdrawal

Event organizers may decline or withdraw from accepted proposals within 24 hours of acceptance without penalty. After this period, any deposits or payments made are subject to the supplier's cancellation terms.

Proposal Withdrawal

• Pending Proposals: Can be withdrawn at any time before acceptance by the organizer.
• Accepted Proposals: Withdrawal after acceptance may affect your profile rating and should be communicated immediately to the organizer.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify the organizer immediately through the platform. Repeated cancellations may result in account review or suspension.

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of payment.
• Partial refunds may be available depending on the work completed and the supplier's terms.
• No refunds are available for completed services.
